John A Logan College and Rend Lake College have been the host facilities for the Transition Summit, a day of discovering what opportunities are available for high school juniors in Special Education after they graduate. In this presentation, we take an in-depth look at the components of the Transition Summit, along with the planning process and the professionals in the area who make up the planning committee.
